After 21 seasons in the NBA, Kevin Garnett has confirmed his retirement from the league. Coming straight into the NBA from high school in 1995, Garnett was drafted to the Minnesota Timberwolves and lead the team to eight consecutive playoff appearances.
In 2007, Garnett was traded to the Boston Celtics after 12 years with the Timberwolves. KG along with Ray Allen and Paul Pierce captured the NBA title that year and became the “Big 3” to beat. After a short time with the Brooklyn Nets, KD spent his last season back with the Timberwolves.
