Slowly but surly our justice system is making it’s way to FINALLY doing what is right and bringing police officers up on charges when they act unjustly.
An NYPD officer has officially been charges with second degree murder for the shooting death of an unarmed black man while NOT on duty during a road rage incident on the fourth of July. The NYPD tried to protect their own by saying that Delrawn Small, the deceased, punched the officer, Wayne Isaacs, through the car window which provoked the shooting. Turns out, after surveillance footage was released, that was a lie. Surprise, surprise. Isaacs just walked up to the car and shot Small.
Isaacs has been suspended from the NYPD without pay.
