This is awkward.

Reports claim Beyonce is being sued for her use of the Roc-A-Fella logo in her 2013 video for “Drunk in Love”. The logo’s creator, Dwayne Walker, says Bey never asked his permission to use the logo in her video.

Even though we’re a whole “Lemonade” era away from “Drunk In Love”,  Walker says he needs Bey to either take down the content displaying the logo or pay up. While the logo only appears on Jay-Z’s chain during a brief clip, Jay himself isn’t mentioned in the lawsuit.

Grammy Country Committee Rejected Beyonce’s “Daddy Lessons”

Though this lawsuit against Bey comes on the heels of Walker also suing Jay and Dame Dash for $7 million back in 2012 on grounds of copyright infringement, although a judge dismissed that suit this past September.

Do we think this is just Walker trying to get some coins?
