Jose Baez, Aaron Hernandez’s lawyer believes this was a murder by someone inside the prison or maybe even the people who run the prison.

Aaron Hernandez was serving a prison term of life, but Jose Baez mentioned to TMZ Sports that his client was “optimistic” about getting his 2013 case for the fatal Shooting of Odin Lloyd overturned.

Baez mentions the family is “devastated” and doesn’t believe Aaron was in the state of mind to take his own life. Aaron was seen Friday smiling at his daughter which makes it easy to believe that maybe he was framed.

Aaron’s lawyer isn’t the only person who believes that he was framed, his former agent Brian Murphy explained to ESPN that there’s “absolutely no chance” Aaron took his own life.

Murphy says,

“Chico was not a saint, but my family and I loved him, and he would never take his own life,”
