When 50 Cent isn’t using his energy to dive into a crowd to punch fans, he’s spending his time producing hit television series. His latest drama series is titled, “The Oath’, and 50 promises to deliver a show “unlike anything that’s been seen before”. With the help of former L.A. County Sheriff’s Deputy Joe Haplin, 50 Cent plans to bring a show that focuses on “a subculture of gangs made up of those sworn to protect and defend.” Here is what he had to say in regards to the new drama series.
“I am very excited to be partnering with Sony Pictures Television Networks and Crackle. To be able to bring this story to life is something I’m looking forward to and Joe Halpin’s personal experience will make this, unlike anything that’s been seen before.”
We are well aware that 50 has had success in television as a producer and star of his hit series “Power” which will have it’s season 4 premiere on Starz in July.
Not only is he working with Crackle on “The “Oath”, 50 is also developing a Crackle drama series titled “RPN,” which follows “a used-car salesman who moonlights as a getaway driver for a Boston crime syndicate.”
