Christopher Jordan Wallace, otherwise known as CJ, is soon to be following in his musical parents’ footsteps.

 

CJ, the 20 year old son of Faith Evans and Notorious B.I.G, is set to join his step brother Jahad are set to release some new music in the future. The two have reportedly spent months in the studio recording a nameless projects.

CJ has been very vocal about the pressures to pursue music due to his parent’s notoriety, but said he feels that now is the right time for him to show the world his chops:

“At a young age I always knew I wanted to do music, it was inevitable.My family have always had my back, whatever I’ve wanted to do they’ve supported. They were always giving me advice on what to do and how to go about things.”


While this is his first stab at music, CJ has been pursuing an acting career ever since he appeared in the 2009 biopic of his father in which he played a young Biggie.
