Actress and activist Zendaya Coleman has a cover for the July issue of Vogue that is absolutely flawless.
From her hair to her makeup and even the looks she’s serving on the inside of the magazine, Zendaya (and her stylist) did not hold back for this one. She also didn’t hold back in her interview with the mag, spilling the tea behind her hit Disney show “K.C. Undercover.”
Apparently, her TV show was originally called “Super Awesome Katy”, but Zendaya wasn’t here for any of it. According to her, the title was “whack”, and she clearly did not look like a Katy.
“I wanted to make sure that she wasn’t good at singing or acting or dancing. That she wasn’t artistically inclined. There are other things that a girl can be. I want her to be martial arts–trained. I want her to be able to do everything that a guy can do… I want her to be a brainiac. I want her to be able to think on her feet. But I also want her to be socially awkward, not a cool kid. I want her to be normal with an extraordinary life,” Coleman told Vogue.
In addition to a clothing line and hit Disney show, Zendaya will also be starring in the upcoming “Spiderman” movie. Needless to say, Zendaya is navigating her career strategically, and it’s paying off. Read her full interview here.
