Bill Cosby will be re-tried in Norristown, Pennsylvania, for alleged sexual assault beginning on Nov. 6.

Yes, the Cosby saga still continues although he received a ruling of a hung jury in June. This cases seems to have multiple lives and refuses to reach a conclusion.

“All I need is one,” said Cosby when talking to reporters about his previous trial.

And soon his wish would become a reality because that was all it took to sway one juror he was innocent. Some may argue Cosby and his legal team aimed for a hung jury and after that statement it isn’t hard to understand why.

Prosecutors will once again try Cosby, 79, for allegedly drugging and molesting Andrea Constand at his home in 2004.
