After Rob Kardashian went on a revengeful tirade against ex-fiance Blac Chyna, she is now pursuing legal action against the youngest Kardashian. On Wednesday (July 5), Rob went on a rant on both Twitter and Instagram where he called out Chyna for allegedly cheating him. In the midst of his anger, Kardashian leaked several nude photos of Chyna causing his Instagram to get suspended a short time after.

In the state of California maliciously posting naked pictures of someone is illegal and known as “revenge porn.” After the smoke cleared Chyna hired high-end attorney Lisa Bloom to take legal action against Rob. Bloom is most known for recently representing actress Mischa Barton in her own revenge porn case against an ex.

Shortly after, Bloom released a press release announcing that she and Chyna will appear in court on July 10 to request a restraining order. She also warned Kardashian to “back off.”

“Cyberbullying your ex is harassment,” the release read. “Chyna ended your relationship months ago and she has the right to live as she chooses, work as she chooses, dress as she chooses, date who she chooses, and be intimate with who[m] she chooses. Chyna and I both believe that this is an important women’s rights issue, as too many women and girls have been slut-shamed by exes.”

“It stops now, Your attempts to shame and control her are hereby rejected,” Bloom added. “Her body, her choice. Her life, her choice. Back off.”

If charged criminally, Rob could face up to six months in jail. See Bloom’s statement below.
