North Korea may conduct another nuclear test despite the international sanctions and constant warnings from its neighboring country, South Korea. North Korea has been testing missiles by launching them into open waters on South Korean territory.

Nikki Haley, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, provided a statement on the behalf the U.S. She said there was “no point” in pursuing action if China did not help pressure Kim.

“There is a possibility that North Korea is likely to test its nuclear warhead and missile capabilities through a nuclear test with more explosive power,” South Korea’s Ministry of National Defense said in a report to the National Assembly
