In 2004 when Jay-Z and Linkin Park linked up and released Collision Course . It was an instant classic, bringing two of the biggest names in the respective genre’s together for one album. aS Jay-Z is ending the year on doing the festival circut, he took the time out during a performance over the weekend to pay tribute to the band’s frontman, Chester Bennington. frontman of Linkin Park died earlier this year. So in one of Jay-Z’s few performances this year he made sure to pay a proper tribute to his one-time collaborator. On Saturday night, Hov paid homage at an England show.

Bennington died earlier this year from an apparent suicide and his band Linkin Park has cancelled touring indefinitely. As the music industry still mourns this tragic death, it’s good to see Jay pay tribute to the band’s lead man.
