Back in April, a Travis Scott fan made national headlines after he reportedly jumped off the balcony at Terminal 5 in New York City during Scott’s show.
Now the fan has filed suit against Scott after he claims he was pushed off the balcony and carried by Scott’s bodyguards who made it “worse.”
Kyle Green attended the April 30 show where he claims Scott “incited mayhem and chaos” during the concert that resulted in several people jumping from the balcony into the crowd below. In an interview with The New York Post, Green said he was on the balcony when he was pushed over the railing by the rowdy crowd.
In the video that went viral, Scott can be seen telling his security guards to pick Green up and bring him to the stage. Once he was brought to the stage, Scott gave him a ring reportedly worth $100,000, but Green couldn’t get up.
Green claims that he was “improperly removed” from the venue without proper safety percautions. Green told the Post he suffered from fractured vertebrae, a broken left wrist and fractured right ankle. The former Fashion Institute of Technolgy student has dropped out school and moved back home with his family after he claims he was left paralyzed on his left side and has to use a wheelchair.
“I was very independent, and now I depend on my family for almost everything.’’
The amount of money Green is seeking has not been made public.
